  • 250 gr butter
  • 260 gr flour
  • 30 gr brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

  • 340 gr cream cheese
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Vanilla
  • 2 cartons frozen forest fruit defrosted
  • Little bit sugar
  • Little bit flour

  • 125 gr butter
  • 125 gr flour
  • 50 gr sugar
  • Pinch of salt

  • Add all the ingredients for the crust together in a bowl and knead it until it forms a firm dough.
  • Grease a cake tin and press the dough firmly.
Heat the oven on 180 degrees and bake it for 20 minutes until it’s gold brown.

  • In the meantime you can make the filling: mix the cream cheese with the sour cream.
  • Add the sugar, vanilla and one egg and mix again until you have no lumps anymore. Add the last egg and beat it until smooth.
  • Take another bowl and add the defrosted forest fruits, sprinkle some sugar and flour in the bowl and carefully stir it through.
  • When the 20 minutes are over, you remove the crust from the oven. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and place the forest fruits on top.

  • You create the crumble the same way you’ve made the crust: add all the ingredients together and knead until you get a crumble structure.
  • Distribute the crumble over your pie and place it in the oven for 40 – 45 minutes.
